Our 2017 Tahoe is a 21’ party boat or deck boat. It is set up for fun and is BluWave Boat Rental’s most luxurious boat by far. It has a 150 HP Mercury motor, comfortable cushioned seating for 11 people, Bluetooth stereo, a fresh water sink for refreshments or showering off salt water, snack table, privacy dressing area, full bimini cover, GPS, depth finder, swim ladders in front and back, a flat bow area for diving or tanning, 2 anchors, storage under the deck for toys, and lots of storage under all the seats. The cathedral hull on this boat is makes it more comfortable than the Hurricane in choppy water but it is still a fairly flat bottomed boat.
It is excellent for cruising the bays and intercoastal and even for visits to Egmont and Honeymoon or Three Rookers when it isn’t too choppy. Lots of room for sun bathing, and just hanging out on the sandbars enjoying the Florida sunshine!
The name Tahoe originates from western Native American Indians meaning “big beautiful water”. It was used to name the lake on the border of California and Nevada we all know. The SUV uses the name because of the meaning “big beautiful with outdoor connotations”.
